Description
You will learn the basic principles and the philosophy behind TaiChi. You will begin with simple stretching and breathing exercises to create awareness of your body movements and to calm your mind. Through gentle and slow movements of TaiChi you will gain flexibility and a better sense of balance. Nelson Ng started learning Chen's TaiChi in 1989 from Master Gene Chen, who was a disciple of Grandmaster of Feng ZhiQiang(Creator of HunYuan TaiChi). Nelson began teaching TaiChi in 2014.
This class is open to beginners as well as those who have previous TaiChi experience. People of all ages are welcome.
