Description
On Saturday, February 24, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m., the San Mateo County History Museum will join downtown Redwood City in celebrating its 13th annual Lunar New Year Festival at 2200 Broadway.
The Museum invites the public for this FREE event for the Asian recognition of the Year of the Dragon. Outside the Museum, on Courthouse Square, will be a variety of cultural performances. Inside the Museum, children are invited to participate in activity stations based on the Chinese zodiac. They will make paper lanterns and red envelopes and use chopsticks and an abacus.
